• Each Total Control ball is flexible enough to be used for both fastpitch softball and baseball and can be delivered with either a front toss or a side toss, though the front toss method offers the best results. Because of its special weighted design, you will want to start out start out slowly with the Total Control ball, doing three-to-six solid hits at first, then increasing to maximum of 18-to-24 in one hitting session.
